Usage:  mix the contents of 1 packet carefully in a glass (100-250 ml) in a liquid (water, milk, smoothie or juice) and drink. Adults 1 pack, children 2-6 years 1/4 and children 6-12 1/2 a day. For other dosages, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Ingredients:  Calcium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, zinc citrate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
