Usage:  For adults, mix 1 pack a day during or after a meal. Mix the powder in a glass (200-300 ml) of water or juice and drink. Use with caution if you have a hypersensitivity (allergy) to crustaceans.
Ingredients:  Glucosamine sulfate (marine origin, from crustaceans), dried  Acerola cherry ( ld. Malpighia glabra L. ) extract, calcium citrate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
